On November 6, 2024, HMM’s Evan Smola argued on behalf of Boy Scout abuse victims before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. In his presentation, Evan described the efforts BSA’s abuse victims have made to pursue their claims since the BSA’s 2020 bankruptcy filing, and he urged the Court to approve the BSA Bankruptcy victim compensation plan without further delays.
